In the summer of 2018, the P&CC underwent major expansions in services and branding. The logo was revamped, alongside the visual identity standards of the service (in-store and in marketing). The plan to re-design the layout of the store’s physical space (in the works since 2016) was finally completed, allowing for a new production black and white printer to be installed, and better store flow for customers and staff.

Jumping Janice, the wide format printer that replaced Beheemoth, was retired and replaced by Tuelle.

Bjork, the AMS office printer was retired and replaced by Koehl. Tiny Dancer, the black and white production machine, was moved to self-service.
